Bill Halladay, President
As President of Copper River Information Technology, Mr. Halladay leads a team of top-tier sales executives, project managers, and service delivery engineers working to support advanced solutions and services within the cybersecurity, high-performance networking, and cloud technology arenas. With over 35 years of federal marketplace experience, he has delivered millions of dollars of Technology Solutions and Services to the government market. Mr. Halladay attended the University of South Carolina in the School of Business Administration and Management and is currently ITIL V3 Certified.
Paul Pfleger, Executive Vice President
Mr. Paul Pfleger serves as the Executive Vice President for Copper River IT. After joining Copper River IT in 2010, Mr. Pfleger developed key enterprise client relationships while strategically obtaining multiple state contracts that have led to the expansion of Copper River’s commercial client base. Mr. Pfleger has delivered millions of dollars of IT solutions and services to his clients. He continues to exceed client expectations while simultaneously developing a team of sales professionals and fostering key vendor relationships.
Brian Oliver, Director of Federal Sales
Mr. Brian Oliver is a skilled sales executive with over 25 years of senior-level experience in sales, project management, and process improvement across several technology-based companies. As the current Director of Federal Sales for Copper River Information Technology, Mr. Oliver is responsible for developing and managing federal government sales of technology products and services, the planning, coordination, execution, and client business development activities. Mr. Oliver is adept at identifying and qualifying opportunities, meeting and presenting to prospective clients, capture management, proposal development, and contract management. His forte lies within implementing a strategic, solution-oriented approach to create interest in our unique value and build market position by identifying, developing, defining, negotiating, and establishing business.
