Certification and Accreditation Task Lead

Senior IT security expert with extensive C&A and Project/Contract Management experience overseeing, directing, and participating in multiple C&A and ST&E tasks under a large IDIQ contract. Experience in leading multiple teams of C&A documentation specialists and ST&E engineers in conducting National Institute of Standards and Technologies (NIST) compliant C&A services and activities. Required skills and experience include:

• Command knowledge of National Institute of Standards and Technologies, 800 Series Special Publications and Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) relating to C&A of federal information technology systems
  
  
• 5+ years of C&A delivery experience within the NIST 800-37 and 53, 53a Special Publication framework and in-depth understanding of the Federal Information Systems Management Act as it relates to C&A
  
  
• 5+ years leading and managing teams of IT Security specialists and engineers to meet all requirements of a C&A project – experience in developing and maintaining a project schedules resource assignment and management, quality deliverable development, client expectation management, and issue/risk resolution
  
  
• 5+ years project and contract financial management to include:
  
  
  • ability to provide price quotes on C&A activities for varying information system types and environments
    
    
  • ability to develop staffing plans and corresponding cost models
    
    
  • ability to manage project/contract financials for varying types of contract types (T&M, FFP, CPFF)
    
    
  • ability to develop and manage project financial management tracking tools, support invoicing activities, and manage planned vs. actual spending/burn
    
    
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional, (CISSP) Certified Information Security Manager, (CISM) and/or Certification & Accreditation Professional (CAP) certifications preferred
