Health Benefits
- Medical and Prescription Drug Coverage Benefits are available through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Anthem BC/BS offers a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) which allows you to see any provider you choose. Available medical plans include a regular PPO plan as well as high-deductible health plans compatible with health savings accounts (HSA). Online benefits information is provides at anthem.com, including account management, provider directory, and a number of health resources.
- Dental Coverage is available through Delta Dental. Visit deltadental.com to locate a network dentist, view benefit coverage, download claims forms, and discover a wealth of oral health resources.
- Vision Coverage is available through Vision Service Plan (VSP). You can check eligibility, locate network doctors, view plan details, and learn more about Laser Vision Care discounts online as member of the VSP WellVision Plan.
- TRICARE Supplement Insurance is available to eligible Copper River employees through ASI. This supplemental insurance is a voluntary health insurance plan that is an employee-paid benefit with pre-tax contributions.
Additional Insurance Benefits
- Basic Life and Personal Accident Insurance is provided through Reliance Standard at no cost to the employee. Copper River pays 100% of employee premiums for this coverage.
- Voluntary Insurance is available for purchase through Reliance Standard and SunLife. The Voluntary Insurance includes supplemental life and short and long-term disability insurance.
- Health Care Flexible Spending Account offers an attractive tax-saving opportunity for employees who are eligible to make health care flexible spending account (health care FSA) pre-tax contributions through C2’s Cafeteria Plan.
Other Benefits
- C2’s Shared Services HR Portal provides you online, up-to-date personal information 24/7. You will be able to check salary information, salary history, an outline of benefits, tax deductions you have elected, direct deposit information, a copy of your most recent pay check, and make address changes online with the HR Portal.
- Mass Mutual 401(k) Retirement Plan provides a means for eligible employees to plan for their retirement. Employees are eligible to participate after six months employment. Copper River matches 100% of your contribution up to 4% of your annual salary with immediate vesting.
- Employee Assistance Program provides innovative decision support services to help people address the sometimes simple, often complex health, well-being and work-life issues they face today. These issues can include emotional distress, stress management, conflict resolution, financial worries, and personal legal issues. All services are completely confidential.
- Adoption Assistance is available for employees that have been full-time with Copper River for at least six months. Employees can receive up to $1,000 for each adoption after meeting the six months of service eligibility requirement.
