Copper River IT’s team includes ISO 9001:2000 certified partners. This certification combined with the comprehensive set of policies, procedures and processes are in place to ensure each deliverable under contract meets or exceeds customer expectations. As professional support services processes are reviewed on a regular basis, the results obtained will lead to process efficiency improvement and reduced labor hours and direct reduction in cost to the government.


As Copper River IT continues to grow under the supervision of the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program revenue will be re-invested in personnel and infrastructure to allow the company to continue to grow and develop new markets. Investments in infrastructure will enable e-business solutions to be developed and offer greater efficiency and cost savings to our customers. Copper River IT will share the risks and reward of government contracting with our team members. Our subcontracts are designed to flow down FAR clauses to ensue the subcontractors share in the contract performance risk, likewise incentives would flow down to the subcontractors to share in the rewards of increased contract / program performance.


Copper River IT is continually monitoring the marketplace for personnel as we grow as well as staying aware of the employment market to retain our key personnel. As Copper River IT grows, we will develop a comprehensive, professional program for hiring additional personnel and retaining key personnel. This program will include consideration of base wages plus incentive, training, certifications, opportunity for advancement, benefits and quality of work life considerations. Copper River IT will continue the focus on hiring, training and developing members of the Eyak Tribe in Cordova, Alaska for staff and management positions.
